After chatting with Mitch (read it here), it was great to see the stories heard during the interview performed as part of a larger, flowing set. Mitch tells a story well, with rolling laughs throughout the show. He appears an easygoing, low intensity and dry-wit comedian that takes real joy from making people laugh.
Performing stand-up to a small crowd is not easy but Mitch executed his show brilliantly under the circumstances. His personable nature shone through to establish a greater connection between the audience and the material. Without a big crowd, you don’t feel that large resonance of laughter; however, Mitch won the crowd over and drew consistent laughs during the show as well as praise from punters afterwards.
‘Tell Someone Who Cares’ is a low-key show featuring relatable stories and observations. If you are looking for relaxed, easy going stand-up that will bring consistent laughs; check out this understated, fun show.
Check out Mitch Garling in ‘Tell Someone Who Cares’ from 30 March to 8 April. For more information and to book tickets, click here.
